Ok, so you are the proud owner of a Caja China. You've roasted a pig every way you can think of, and now you're looking for ways to take your barbecue experience to the next level. I present to you our La Caja China accessories. Keep in mind that whether your roasting box is the La Caja China brand, or the BC Classics (Latin Touch) version, the accessories are interchangeable and will work with either cooker. So lets familiarize ourselves with the products, and the mouth-watering possibilities they provide...
1.La Caja China Rotisserie
kit: This
can be used as a skewer or a brochette. Runs on 2 D sized batteries (included), support
poles, collar locks, 4 prongs, steel cross bars, gear motor (20 hrs run time),
wrench and screws come with it.
2.Digital Cooking thermometer: Does not need drilling
as the wire runs beneath the aluminium rail and mounts with the help of magnets to the outside of the box. An essential tool for any roaster. This will allow you to monitor your meat temperature without having to open the box!
3.Heavy Duty vinyl cover: This keeps the cooker covered and clean. Full length made from high quality vinyl. Velcro slots allow coverage while handles remain on.
4.La Caja China top grill: Great for cooking smaller amounts of meat, chicken, pork, seafood and more. All while using the same heat that is roasting the main course inside the cooker. Can be used as a stand alone grill as well.

This charcoal is one of the most sought after in the industry, and serves as the perfect fuel for cooking on any China Box.
6.Caja China smoke pistol:
The smoke pistol allows you to smoke meats inside the roasting box without having to ventilate the unit. The smoker is attached to the exterior of the box by drilling a small hole and mounting with a bracket (included). It runs on 100v electricity, and allows the user to control the amount of smoke entering the box, as well as send a blast of smoke instantly.
7.Smoke cartridges: Used in conjunction with the smoke pistol, the smoke cartridges are sold in packs of 3. Wood
available in various flavors like Apple, Maple, Oak, Hickory, Cherry, Alder,
Mesquite, Pecan.
8.Mojo Criollo marinating
sauce: The most popular marinade for traditional Latin and Caribbean Whole Roast Pork recipes. Includes sour orange juice, fresh garlic, onions and spices. The tangy, delicious blend is commonly strained and the liquid injected into the meat with a syringe, while the remaining solids are then massaged into the ribs, shoulders, and hams.
9.Goya Adobo seasoning: A wonderful all-purpose dry seasoning often used in conjunction with the Mojo Criollo marinade.
10.Bear Paws or Meat
Handles:
Great for food handling and it’s easy to flip the turkey or pork shoulders with
it. Also helps the chef avoid burns when carving the meat, which can get pretty hot!

These gloves help in handling the box trays and handles with ease and protect hands from heat.
12.Marinating
needles: 3
to ¾” needles used for injecting spice or herb particles as marinade into the
meat. Stainless Steel construction provides excellent durability and long lasting results.

concentrated to one area even in windy and cold days. Protects against charcoal outages due to the elements. Also increases box temperature by maintaining radiant heat within the dimensions of the unit.

15.La
Caja China ash disposal systems: Disposal is the easiest and cleanest method to dispose of ash from the charcoal. Keep in mind a typical pig roast will use 3-4 16 lb bags of charcoal. This system gives you somewhere to put the ash as it cools. No more grass burns!
16. A-maze-n WoodPellet Smoker: Smoke generator can smoke for up to 8-10 hours using pellets or sawdust. Model pictures measures 5x8 inches, with openings on each end where pellets can be torch lit. Maze design extends smoke life, as each end burns slowly toward the center. Pellets are available in different flavors, including apple, cherry, hickory, and mesquite. 12" and 18" tubular models also available.
